Massage therapy is an effective way of alleviating stress, discomfort and fatigue by manipulating the soft-tissue of your body. Massage therapy offers a host of benefits such as decreased pain, improved circulation and lymphatic flow, increased flexibility and range of motion, relief from swelling and cramping, and even the release of body's natural painkillers called endorphins.

We offer organic jojoba oil or hypoallergenic massage cream.

Massage can be performed while the recipient is fully clothed (we highly recommend sports/stretch massage for this) however, most people find it more comfortable to fully disrobe.  The most important thing is for you to feel comfortable, so you may choose to leave on your undergarments or other clothing items. You will be draped during the entire massage service. The therapist will uncover the areas they are massaging and then cover them back up as they move along.

Please arrive for your massage appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

If you are a new client and you have not filled out the new client paperwork online, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time to fill out any required paperwork.

If late arrival is inevitable, your service will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds will be given.

 Your appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your service cost.

We understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting within 24 hours of your appointment time, please cancel your appointment.

Anyone who fails to show up for a scheduled appointment and does not provide cancellation notice, will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for the missed appointment via credit card on file. Payment must be received prior to scheduling your next appointment. It is up to the owner and the practitioner if client will be allowed to rebook.

We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Clients are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. We monitor and track this on each account.

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. 

It varies depending on your desired day, how many sessions you are booking, and desired appointment time.  We may be able to see you on the same day you’re calling, but we recommend booking 1-2 days in advance.

We understand that each massage session is unique to you, and if you feel comfortable talking during your session, then we are more than happy to listen. However, many people find it easier to relax when there is a quiet ambience and they can concentrate on their breathing.  If you're not comfortable during your session, we suggest that you communicate with your therapist in order to make adjustments such as the temperature, music, or pressure. We want to ensure your experience is one that is enjoyable and beneficial.

-Please be handicap accessible. (If you do not have a massage table available)

-Please have enough room cleared out of the way for a 30x73in table and space around the table for the therapist to be able to move comfortably. 

Mobile services are available 15 miles from our office. If requesting outside the 15 mile radius an additional travel fee will incur.
